The Be There, Be Counted video shown during the April 4th Summit features the voices of young Americans discussing how they engage in the political process and why they think it is important to build a more responsive government. It is from a project of the WHRO Center for Regional Citizenship to encourage more informed and active political participation, with a special focus on young citizens.
